All squad data, player names, and roster information are stored strictly locally on your device.

• The data is stored using local device storage (localstorage and shared_preferences) and remains under your control.

Third-Party Store Information

We do receive certain non-personal information from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including:

• Download metrics and installation statistics.
• Ratings and written reviews.
• Anonymized crash reports (to help us identify and fix technical issues).

We use this information solely to improve the app’s performance and respond to user feedback.

Analytics and Tracking

To understand how our website is used and to improve the user experience, we utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM). GTM allows us to deploy and manage various tracking tags, primarily for anonymous, aggregated analytics.

The local data on your device is used strictly for the app’s functionality (balancing teams, maintaining rosters, and scheduling matches). • User Data: Since all data is stored locally, deleting the Team Maker Buddy app from your device will permanently remove all squad and player information.

• Store Data: We do not retain personal identifiers from store-provided metrics.

Permissions

• Internet Access: Required only to stream help/tutorial videos and to provide access to our official GitHub support and documentation pages.
• Storage: Required to persist your squad configurations across app sessions.

Security

We employ modern development practices to ensure your local data is handled securely. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we recommend using device-level security (passcodes/biometrics) to protect your hardware.

Children’s Privacy

Captains Team Maker is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.
